Thank you for shopping with NurriCare. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Estimated Delivery Times (United States)
- Processing: 1 to 2 business days
- Transit: 7 to 12 business days
- Total estimated time: approximately 8 to 14 business days from the day you order
Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs, or high-demand periods such as holidays and sales.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping is included on qualifying bundles and promotions (see your cart for eligibility).
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters to us. Every NurriCare order is shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with nothing on the outside that reveals the contents.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page using either:
- your order number and the email used at checkout, or
- your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours after shipping for tracking information to update.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before shipping.
Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will help track it down and resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.
- Confirm the address on your order.
- Contact your local carrier.
If you still cannot locate it, reach out to and we will assist you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
