Our 90-Day Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 90 days of your order date. To get the best results, we recommend using NurriCare daily for at least 3 to 4 weeks, but you are covered for the full 90 days regardless.

How to request a refund
Email us at support@nurricare.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours and guide you through the process.

Refunds
Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, you do not always need to ship the product back. If a return is required, we will provide the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter processing. After that, the order cannot be cancelled but is still covered by our 90-day guarantee.
